Who We Are

Bodyfix is owned and operated by Veronica Stynes, who has been working in the field of manual therapy for over 15 years. She began her career gaining ITEC qualifications in Swedish massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Stress Management, and Sports Massage.  On completion of her initial studies she embarked on a further course of training and study of Physiology and Health Science which led into BSc Sports rehabilitation and athletic therapy specialising in the treatment and rehabilitation of soft tissue injuries that can be attained through sports or physical activity.

As well as having a qualification in sports rehabilitation and manual therapies, Veronica is also a qualified exercise and fitness instructor with a strong emphasis on strength and conditioning. She has a vast experience in a variety of sporting disciplines such as Boxing, Strongman, Rugby, GAA, Crossfit, Golf and Weightlifting. She has also worked with and treated a large number of the Irish Defence Forces  partaking in high-intensity training  

Veronica’s education combined with her many years of experience has provided her with an in-depth knowledge on how to treat a wide variety of injuries effectively and return individuals back to normal activity as soon as possible, which is of the utmost importance to sporting individuals and the active population alike. 

Presently the services available at Bodyfix are for the treatment of soft tissue injuries, and musculoskeletal injuries both acute and chronic, utilizing cold laser therapy, ultrasound, dry needling, manual therapy, joint mobilisation and exercise prescription.

Veronica also provides holistic treatments for people who just want to get away from the stresses of daily life and to help them unwind and relax.

Veronica is a member of both ROSTI Ireland and BASRaT Uk.
